Marjatta van Boeschoten
Marjatta van Boeschoten founded Phoenix Consultancy to develop the human and professional capacities of individuals and teams. She is a well known expert in ‘Principled Negotiation’ working with international organisations, businesses and the NHS.
She trains people, separately or together, to build collaborative relationships and develop effective ways of interacting to achieve creative and mutually beneficial results that add value, forge cooperative relationships and deliver impressive savings.
She has substantial experience working with the BMA and NHS Employers. She also works for the Department of Health, PCTs and health-related Unions.
Additionally, her clients include blue–chip and multinational companies, the BBC and the United Nations (IAEA). She is on the Board of Triodos Bank, a leading European social bank.
