Christine Bamford is Director of Leadership and OD for National Leadership and Innovation Agency for Healthcare Wales delivering Succession, Leadership Development and OD across the Health sector under the brand Care to Lead. The portfolio focuses on Chief Executives, Chairs, Boards, Top Teams, Doctors and GPs, Nurses and Allied Health professionals.
As part of her international portfolio Chris has undertaken a consultancy assignment for The World Health Organisation in the United Arab Emirates advising on their Nursing Strategy. She has also lectured extensively in the USA, Europe and UK on leadership development.
Chris holds a Master of Philosophy in Leadership development, has studied Strategic Human Resources at Stanford University, California, USA and Harvard University, Boston.
